Appalling service. Paid up front in July only to be told that their vehicle is too big to get down my mother's road. Despite other large vehicles being perfectly fine. Agree to cancel and get a refund. Continued to get emails from various people saying sorry for not scheduling a date yet. My mum (bless her) spend 40mins on the phone to get through to someone to chase the refund. Reassured that it would come through. Now 2 months since first paid and NO REFUND!!! Tried calling - noone in Billing picks up the phone!! £179.32 is money that could pay my energy bills. This is my last resort. Wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole. Appalling customer service.

Following the appointmemnt of our new Account Manager - Melissa Jenkinson to site, communication has been regular, opened and honest, subsequently improving the overall pricing of our cost throughout our 4 sites.
Melissa helped me to establish what would best fit our company's requirements and was able to offer our company a more cost effective schedule and number of bins. Melissa was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. A real pleasure to work with.

Booked and paid just under £1600 for shredding service. Eventually was told they would collect on Saturday 3rd September (so not the 5 day turn around). Explained in writing that the collection point was only open between 8am and midday.
On 2nd September was told this was booked in as a 5 hour job and driver would likely be with me around 9am. Explained again that the unit the paperwork was in closes at midday. Was promised a call first thing today to confirm that driver was on the way.
Now been waiting for 2 hours. No phone call and collection place is closing soon.
Not happy. Wasted morning and will now have to pay another month's rent for the storage so I expect this to be paid by Shred-it.
Please don't respond with the usual standard response which you seem to use with every criticism.
It's now too late for collection today.
