I purchased a used vehicle from the Park Royal branch in 2019, partly because the cars are meant to be AA approved/inspected. The vehicle was okay but within a two weeks I had to replace the wipers and the card key. I also found out when replacing the card key the vehicle had been recalled due to a safety issue. Please note the card key had to be ordered from France and then coded to the car. This took around two weeks. The other issue I’ve found in 2023 which I should have checked at the time of purchase was the key for the wheel lock nut on the vehicle is missing from the car. I called Vibes Motors on the 06.11.23 on the off chance they could assist. Firstly the guy on the phone said they had no branch in Park Royal, they are based in Harrow. Let’s be clear they did a branch in Park Royal so not sure why he feels the need to lie. He then rambled on that the key for the wheel lock nut must be in the car and attempted to suggest I must have lost it and it’s many years ago. The thing is I wasn’t asking them to purchase the key for me, I’ve already been in touch with a Renault dealer to resolve the issue, however, his poor attitude and bad customer service is off putting, all he wanted to do was fob me off and lie. I would not purchase a car from this company again, they need to work on their customer service skills. Also when they say AA approved or inspected please don’t rely on this, do your own checks/inspection.

I know we are in a world where increasingly one's word is as cheap as a penny sweet BUT this should not be the case when a car dealer agreed a price (£6200) takes a deposit and agrees a time to collect a car (cash buyer).
BUT this was the case...
Unbelievable to have agreed a sale, paid a deposit, arranged insurance so one can pick the car up and drive away...only to turn up at the date and time agreed to find out that the car was sold...after taking my deposit.
I wouldn't trust this lot as far as I can throw them.
Buyer beware! Can you imagine having bought the car and then finding and issue...would they actually stand by the warranty? I doubt it since thier word is cheap. Trust is something that is lacking in the motor selling industry for sure but come on...!
No apology...just handed me back my deposit.

The hood of the car was replaced and there was a scrap number on the car, and the color under the hood was different from the car itself, and it was obvious that it was painted, but they still told you that no, it is the fabric 😂 The sound of the engine was also bad, and everyone understands that there is a problem, and everything you write on the site Everything they said was a lie and the car had a problem
