Customer service was excellent. I accidentally put in the wrong prescription when I placed my order. I reported the issue to Zeelool and they told me to return the glasses in the original box and I was responsible for the shipping and they would replace them for FREE and they did. My replacement glasses came in 5 days and they were correct. I LOVE ZEELOOL.

This company went above and beyond for me when I sent them my prescription as I made a mistake filling out the info. I sent in the correct info and returned my 2 pair of glasses I bought and they fixed them for me. I absolutely love both of my glasses. They fix perfectly and are very comfortable. This is the 4th time buying form this company and I highly recommend them.

I love the frames, but the lenses were hard to see-through. I may have to send them back and have them redone.

Excellent experience. Fast shipping. The lens is perfect. The frames are nice (very stylish) but the tips of the stems are scratchy. I can find some nice caps for them that will be an inexpensive fix. Great value. Overall an 9 out of 10. Highly Recommend and will be getting more in different frames.
