"Dårlig kundeservice"
Elsker Lola Ramona sko men har sjældent oplevet så lavt et serviceniveau. Det er første gang det har været nødvendigt at returnerer. Et virkelig bøvlet system og virkelig dårlig kundeservice/kommunikation. Har gentagende gange forsøgt at kommunikere på både Messenger og mail uden svar. Returnering har været ved Lola Ramona siden 7. marts og har fortsat ikke modtaget penge retur

"...ein komletter Reinfall...a complete failure!!!"
...eigentlich kenne ich diesen Shop und es gibt keinen Grund für Misstrauen...aber: am 10. November 2024 bestellte ich ein Paar Stiefel für 200€...geschätzte Lieferung des Shops mit Sitz in Dänemark 13. November 2024...darin der Hinweis, dass nicht wie zuerst beschrieben GLS, sonder UPS der Lieferservice sein wird...dann Ruhe...auf der Webseite war die Ware immer unterwegs zu der von mir angegebenen Adresse...mittlerweile hatten wir den 22. November...weder vom Shop noch von UPS kamen Informationen zum Stand der Lieferung....ICH hab dann selber recherchiert und einen ServicePoint von UPS als Empfänger ausgemacht...dort angekommen, sagte man mir, daß die Lagerfrist bereits abgelaufen sei und das Paket zurück an den Absender gesendet wurde und bereits dort eingetroffen sei....das allein war schon extrem ärgerlich....also sofort den Kundenservice von LOLA RAMONA angeschrieben, die mir mitteilten, sie hätten keine Retoure und müssten nachforschen...dann wieder Ruhe...auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen keine Reaktion...erst als ich über PayPal mein Geld zurück wollte, kam eine kurze patzige Antwort, sie hätten keine Retoure und sie verständen kein Deutsch (#googletranslater)....und wieder Ruhe...mittlerweile und noch ein paar Emails von mir zum Kundenservice später, mit Bitte um Klärung und Lösung des Falls, haben wir 2025...am 17.01.2025 kam nun die Nachricht, daß sie das Paket gefunden hätten und die Erstattung der Kaufsumme veranlasst haben...das wäre doch nun ein schönes Happy End zum Jahresbeginn...aber nun der Knaller!!!!...sie ziehen mir tatsächlich 16€ Retouregebühren ab!!!...für ein Paket das ich noch nie gesehen hab!...wie frech ist das denn bitte?...eigentlich wollte ich, auf Grund der angekündigten Rückzahlung, die Bewertung hier entfallen lassen...aber nun ist das Maß voll!!!
FUNFACT: auf deren Webseite ist die Ware immer noch unterwegs zu mir...zur der von mir
angegebenen Adresse!!!!!

...I actually know this shop and there is no reason to be suspicious...but: on November 10th, 2024 I ordered a pair of boots for €200...estimated delivery from the shop based in Denmark on November 13th, 2024...in it the note that the delivery service would not be GLS as first described, but UPS...then silence...on the website the goods were always on their way to the address I provided...it was now November 22nd...neither the shop nor UPS provided any information on the status of the delivery....I then did my own research and identified a UPS service point as the recipient...when I got there, I was told that the storage period had already expired and that the package had been sent back to the sender and had already arrived there...that alone was extremely annoying...so I immediately wrote to LOLA RAMONA's customer service, who told me that they had no returns and would have to investigate...then silence again...no response to repeated inquiries...only when I wanted my money back via PayPal, I got a short, rude reply that they didn't accept returns and that they didn't understand German (#googletranslater)... and then everything was quiet again... in the meantime and a few more emails from me to customer service later, asking for clarification and a solution to the case, it's 2025... on January 17th, 2025 I got the message that they had found the package and had arranged for the purchase price to be refunded... that would be a nice happy ending to the start of the year... but now the bombshell!!!!... they are actually charging me €16 in return fees!!!... for a package that I've never seen before!... how cheeky is that?... I actually wanted to omit the review here because of the announced refund... but now I've had enough!!!

Har nu modtaget mail med refundering - men beløbet er forkert! Jeg refunderes kun for sko -ikke forsendelse! Dertil har de blokeret med på Messenger efter jeg har lavet denne anmeldelse😡
Bestilte et par sneakers. Efter flere dage uden at få besked om, at skoene var afsendt, der skrev jeg både en mail, forsøgte at ringe og skrev via Messenger uden svar.
Da det endelig lykkes at komme igennem på tlf. Der viser det sig, at de slet ikke har de sneakers.
Pengene er trukket fra min konto - ingen besked om tilbagebetaling.
Da jeg skriver via Messenger, lyder beskeden, at de er tilbagebetalt og det har de sendt en mail omk. Jeg har ikke modtaget mail og venter nu med en dårlig mavefornemmelse på at se om pengene dukker op inden for et par bankdage.
Der er ingen tillid og føler mig snydt!
Hvis ikke pengene dukker op, så ender det med en poltianmeldelse!

Har lige købt mit første par Lola-sko i den fysiske butik på Nørrebro. Fik en fantastisk service af den unge ekspedient (tror hun kan sælge sand i Sahara) Skoene er skønne i al deres farverighed og jeg glæder mig til at tage dem i brug. Skoæsken er en oplevelse i sig selv og man føler sig lidt som millionær, når man går derfra. Det hele er virkelig gennemført.

"Their shoes are Great...Communication and courtesy is abysmal"
I have been buying there shoes for many years, when there wee suppliers in the UK.
As the their shoes are one of only x3 brands of heels that are actually comfortable enough for me to wear (on the limited occassions that I wear heels) and they look great too.
I was therefore willing to order from Lola Ramona directly, even though they are abroad and shipping might cost more and take longer.
This is when I encountered the problem on their website, which would not recognise, not allow me to manually enter my address.
The issue persisted for weeks, so I sought to contact them.
I have now been contacting Lola Ramona for almost 6months, just to try to spend MY money to buy THEIR products.
My initial contact via their webform on the site, was totally ignored.
I then emailed directly to chase and these too were ignored repeatedly.
After maybe the 2months and multiple attempts to chase them for a reply and solution to the IT/delivery anomaly on thier site, I finally got a reply, in which I was invited to order then contact them for them to arrange delivery to the UK, due to them acknowledging that there is an issue with arranging delivery to the UK on the site.
I obviously had both queries and concerns about that option, which are valid, seeing as:
1. The site does not let one proceed to complete order, if no delivery address collected.
2. I have no way of assured contact with them, nor is there any sign that they will reply in a constant and timely manner to any follow up attempt to contact them about the order ,if place in the way they suggested.
3. After an absence of reply from them to multiple emails sent over more than 8wks at the time, and now almost 6month (I have been trying to liaise with Lola Ramona and place order for these shoes since the start of this year 2024 ....we are now at the end of May 2024!)... how can i have anyconfidence that arrangement will actually be made for delivery and delivery fulfilled.
I asked for further details on how what they proposed would work, reassurance and clarity in order to proceed, and they have just never ever replied.
I have sent Lola Ramona multiple correspondence about the matter, none of which has been kmpolite nor abusive, yet they continue to be discourteous and unprofessional by way of totally ignoring my correspondence.
A reminder, I was not someone trying to complain, I am not trying to get anything free from them, I am a customer who is trying to SPEND MY MONEY, TO BUY THEIR products, and this is the way they behave!
It is totally unacceptable, especially for a retail company that should want to ensure that repeat customers with great admiration for their products, are retained, instead of made to encounter such bad experiences that will put them off having anything to do with your company....which is the way this is heading, if nobody as the decency to reply to my numerous attempts to contact them, for them to enable my order!
In short, great shoes, non existent customer services, who ignore customers, who are then left to waste months trying to order products that Lola Ramona obviously should want to sell!
In all honesty I have little respect for, or trust I'm Lola Ramona anymore, because of the complete disregard they have shown me, and that have shown towards offering even minimal customer service, and initially I gave a score of just 1*.
I am however, a very fair person, and as such I have given 2*, because although the service is Abysmal, their shoes (style, comfort and sizing) are still really good....It is a total shame that the absence of customer care, and disregard for both existing & potential customers, is at great risk of overshadowing wonderful products 😞
*I have selected today's date, as this is when I left the review, however as stated the experience has been ongoing since early Jan/Feb 2024)

Vildt flotte, farverige og anderledes sko. Lidt dyrt, men kvaliteten af dansk design er i top. Fedt at der ligger en Lola Ramona butik i kbh, hvor man har muligheden for at se og mærke varene inden man køber.

"2 Left Feet"
I would give 5 stars for the comfort of the shoes, but I was sent 2 left shoes and couldn't wear or even fully try them on. Initially I had great communication with Louis but after having reached out three more times no resolution was made despite offering to send back one left shoe in exchange for its right (right) mate. I finally had to dispute the charges on my cc to even get a refund after 6 weeks.

Har købt et par sko og pengene er trukket!
Har aldrig modtaget skoene, og ser ikke engang ud til de har forladt butikken ifølge ordren.
Jeg har skrevet 6 gange og ringet lige så mange. Jeg er aldrig kommet i kontakt med nogle ej heller fået respons på mine mails.
