"Delivery delayed and quality not so high"

I had a surgery planned and I selected the umbrella based on the customer service and good reviews, but it was imperative to have the umbrella before and to be able to install it. However, FedEx messed up and I received the umbrella after my surgery. I had to organise someone to install it. After several tries asking for a refund the customer service gave me a something like 57 dollars. 6-7% of the price paid. They were responsive to any email.
The umbrella colour is far different from the website, less vivid but we don't dislike it. The the overall product is coherent with the description but i was expecting better. When I lived in New Zealand, three years ago, I bought an umbrella far more roubust for half the price. I think most of the products are manufactured in China.
