I was receiving so many calls about my move. I was so tired of them so I decided to go with Safe Ship Moving. My wife was very skeptical because we had a bad experience before. We have 2 kids so we couldn't risk it. But thank God we weren't disappointed. Safe Ship did a great job. Thank you guys again!

I relocated from Port Saint Lucie, FL to Charlotte, NC to my forever home. I contracted Safe Ship to set up the move for me, in which they did a phenomenal job! My representative Darren knew exactly what I needed for this move to happen, and also was under my budget. The Customer Service agents were so very helpful and responsive throughout the entire move, even answering my questions after office hours. The movers were swift and cautious, stopping to ask me for advice about certain items. When I received my delivery, I was ecstatic that not one item was damaged. Will definitely keep them in mind for my next move!

We used this company to move from San Francisco to Vegas, and we were so pleased. The booking process was great, pricing was fair and reasonable, and no problem booking in advance. The actual movers were great! They were strong, efficient, polite to us and each other, and worked well together. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them. Thanks to our real estate agent for recommending them.

"Pricey but professional"

Pricey, but they did a great job. We could not be happier with the care given to our property. In 2.5 hours they prepared the entire room of furniture and loaded it for us. Our furniture was wrapped, then blankets we were amazed. We arrived in Pennsylvania, no problems, the furniture did not move at all! Customer service was awesome, keeping me updated through the whole move and even answered my calls after an hour.

"Today is March 4"

Today is March 4, 2022. I contracted with Safe Ship Moving located in Florida in October 2021 to move us from Boise Idaho to Maine. Our Items were picked up by the movers on October 11, 2021 and taken to California. Our items were supposed to be delivered anywhere from 7-21 days. To make a long story short, the movers Safe Ship hired were thieves. The FBI has been involved investigating the movers for months. The FBI has found our items in Sacramento and we are in the process of working with them to get our belongings back. So far we have paid $13,167.00. I have asked Safe Ship to refund their part of the money. So far all we have received from them is promises they would go get our belongings since the end of January 2022, with the understanding that the rest of the contract be paid to them in the amount of $3,240.00. All information from them regarding our belongings has been as a result of me contacting them.

Safe Ship Moving Quote online. After doing the quote Adam called me back and explained in a professional manner everything I needed to do. Before I signed the contract he went over my inventory and found I had forgotten many items on my list. We made the corrections to avoid all surprises at pick up. Very honest team .. My experience was mostly good with Safe Ship. they were honest and efficient. Their Customer Service was very attentive and constantly updated me on the progress of my my furniture and property. Honestly the only downside was that they were a little expensive. But I would rather pay more and be sure the Job is done rite then save a few dollars and wonder if its in the wrong hands.

Safe Ship Moving worked with us on pricing and really made the entire process genuinely easy. Very impressive. Their pricing is competitive, and customer service exceptional. I already told them that I plan to use them again for my Grandson's move next year. Great work Safe Ship!

"**WARNING** READ THE FINE PRINT"

Where do I start?... With the multiple up-charges, extremely delayed delivery, inability to fit all my items in the truck, lies after lies. Overpromise and Underdeliver- literally. My move was from CO to PA, 1800 miles with roughly 1600 cu ft of household goods. Safe Ship (the broker) hired Rhema Transportation Service LLC to move my items. Rhema loaded my items in CO on Aug 20th and I set a delivery date in PA for Aug 31st, giving them plenty of time to make the trip. What Safe Ship does not tell you is that the delivery date you put on the contract is the "First available delivery date" and the company has up to 30 business days after to deliver your goods. Shame on me for thinking I was working with a reputable company that cares about their clients and would deliver my goods in a timely manner. Nope, it took them OVER a month after moving into our new home to see our items delivered. Leaving my family including my pregnant wife and 2 year old without any furniture/toys/kitchenware and having to sleep on a blow-up mattress while this horrendous company sat on their hands saying "there is nothing we can do about it." We were left completely helpless and were fed multiple different stories/excuses as their updates made no sense and they could never tell us where our goods were and when we could expect them.
Safe Ship initially quoted me a price that was competitive with others received. After the final inventory call only 2 days before pickup their algorithm thought that that the cubic ft would be about 500 more so they wanted to charge me an extra nearly $5,000 more. I decided to sell some items to lower the up-charge to only $3,000 more. Even after being completely honest with my inventory list, the truck they brought for pickup still did not fit all my belongings and I had to sell more items privately that they left behind.
The driver for Rhema who picked up my items specifically told me that the truck they loaded was going straight to PA and it will be ready for delivery when we are ready for it. That was a complete lie and this is when the stories/excuses/lies started. The first story we were told was that the truck actually went to a storage facility in TX. Then a week later we were told that the truck broke down at the CO/KS border. Then after weeks have now past and still no updates/delivery date estimated, we were told the truck broke down again and was out of commission for a few days. Once we were updated that it was back on the road we were told they hit traffic/accident and the delay would be an extra 2-3 days. Are you kidding me!..A traffic delay might take 2-3 hours, not 2-3 days. Lie after lie. When we finally got our items delivered on Oct 4th, I found out the driver worked for a completely different company (MB Transportation) and said he picked up my items in a storage facility in CO on Friday and had it delivered on Monday…Why couldn’t that have gotten done a month ago!!?? Apparently what happened is after Rhema sat on their hands for over a month, they finally sold the contract to a different company…Why couldn’t Safe Ship negotiate that for me!!??
Throughout this process, Rhema did not answer their calls and all the numbers provided had full voicemail boxes where we could not leave messages. Safe Ship did answer most the calls but all I got from them is "there is nothing we can do" because at that point we were under the mercy of the transportation companies.
This has absolutely the worst business experience I have ever been associated with. Reading other reviews, apparently I am not the only one who has experienced this and these companies need to be brought to justice for putting their clients through pain and agony of being lied to over and over and left helpless without their personal belongings. I have certainly learned my lesson and I hope you take the advice and look elsewhere for your moving services.

"The movers from Safe Ship was polite"

The movers from Safe Ship was polite, hard working, good, on time and fair. They moved my family from FL to NY and they did a wonderful job for us. We have an 8 months puppy and a 2 months old baby and they were PATIENT and FLEXIBLE as we were on their way from time to time. Highly recommended, highly professional and quick!
