This was my first experience with the moving company and this team made it so smooth and worry free. My movers were Ramadan, Israel, and Juan Carlos and all three of them were so friendly, kind, and extremely efficient! Next time I have to move if I can I will be requesting this team and company again and again!

"Predatory sales, worthless customer service"

The bright side is that they connected us with excellent movers. On the other hand, there were a few bad negatives that make a 2-star rating even feel generous. First off, the initial estimate call was very predatory in their sales work. The worker wouldn’t let us stop to think about anything for longer than 30 seconds, kept pressuring us to hurry up before somebody else booked the time slot we ended up using, and we later found out that he nearly halved our inventory from our call to artificially lower the price in order to persuade us into placing our deposit on the spot. Next, our final call to go through our moving inventory was filled with suggestions to increase our box count if we weren’t 100% sure of our count except he would offer up the idea of increasing from 5 boxes of a size to 10 or even 15 because “you’d rather pay more now and have the movers decrease your payment then based on less space used”. This ended up with a shipping van that was much larger than we needed and contributed to a doubling of our already inflated price. We had already put down a considerable amount of money and it was too late in the process to find a new service so we had to pay this absurd fee. Finally, we were assured in ever call about the quality of the customer service line, only to be called 24 hours after our attempted call in which we needed information on the payment methods. Thankfully, our movers (not directly employed by this company) were actually helpful in a timely manner since the only payment options we were initially told were basically cash or a money order. In conclusion, use them only if you have plenty of money in your budget even after the initial estimate call.
