Stages 1 + 2 have been great so far. Above and beyond communication from the moment my husband picked up the phone to start the ball rolling to the packers arriving. Assan, Mike and Adam arrived within the expected window, packed efficiently and carefully, were courteous and patient while we figured out the Zelle payments as we weren’t home when they arrived. Hopefully stage 3 arrival (NY to AZ) will be just as smooth. So far we’d use them again.

I am disappointed they do not have a -1 for a rating. I have had a terrible experience with this "Broker". It is not a moving company. I finally cancelled my proposed move 6 weeks before the move. They gave me false information and kept adding expenses to my move. They also kept my $1,330.00 for their "services." If I were a Florida resident, I would sue them!

I’m revising my experience with the whole shit show of moving with these people. Moved from KC Missouri to Chandler Az. Picked up my belongings. I assumed it was on its way to Az. Then got charged for storage. It turned out my belongings never left Missouri. It’s in storage there. Call a week ago when I had a delivery address after purchasing a house in Az. Told due to where the belongings are ie Missouri. The delivery window is 2-12 days due to distance. If it was delivered to Az and stored there in the first place. I would get my belongings when I wanted them. Due to trip out of country. I don’t know when I’m going to get my stuff. No customer service. They don’t help after spending $8000 on small amount of items. They are a broker only. Stay away from them
