I had an absolutely terrible experience with Safe Ship Moving Services, and I strongly advise against using this company. They acted as my moving broker and failed to hire a competent or reputable moving company, leading to a nightmare relocation process.

From the start, Safe Ship failed to communicate important details, and once my move was underway, they completely dismissed my concerns. They contracted East West Moving, a company that lost two of my boxes, including valuable personal belongings. The items that were delivered arrived damaged, and I was even charged an unjustified $300 fee for an issue that could have been avoided had my delivery instructions been followed.

When I reached out to Safe Ship for assistance, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and refused to take responsibility for their role in this disaster. Instead of holding their contracted mover accountable, they offered me $200 refund—a fraction of what I lost. Their failure to resolve these issues shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability.

If you are considering Safe Ship Moving Services, I urge you to look elsewhere. This company does not care about its customers and will leave you stranded with lost items, surprise fees, and zero support. I will be disputing all charges related to this move and pursuing further action.

It's 5 stars so far for the pickup of my stuff. Ramadan and Solomon from Move with Pros were wonderful. They were very friendly and professional and did a thorough job wrapping everything carefully. My overall price was a little higher than original quote because of some items that needed extra packaging but that's fine with me. I'm sure my delivery will go just as well. Thank you!

We paid over 50K to move from California to Maryland and 40% of our items were either broken or missing. Safe Ship works with Rigos Moving and Storage in California. RUN FROM BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES. Rigos offered me 97.80 ????

SafeShip customer service was able to get Rigos to increase their compensation to 250.00. I’m grateful since this will at least replace some of my clothes.
