"They only moved 1/5 of my items I had…"

They only moved 1/5 of my items I had to hire someone else to move me. As well some of the items they did move were broken. It cost me $12000 for nothing. I would never use this company ever again and I would never tell anyone about them. They were hired 12/14/2023 but I have to put a fake one in just to be heard. They say they're sorry but they don't want to refund any money. I guess there not that sorry where other companies would refund 100% they might give you 1% if your lucky.

"Dealing with customer service was…"

Dealing with customer service was great, went over all needed info and how things went from packing to delivery. I only had to pay a bit extra for additional wrapping and packing material to protect our dining room set. Wrapping, packing and shipping went well. Naturally when dealing with any type of contractors, there may be a bump in the road sometimes, but not with Safe Ship Moving and Atlant Moving 1987.

"Avoid this company at all costs"

Avoid this company at all costs. They will charge you a deposit for your move, but really it’s a broker fee. Their “brokers” are not even licensed. Your move will end up being way more than you planned for and your belongings will be held hostage if you don’t pay the increased rate. If you dispute the charges, it will take a very long time and you most likely will not get your money back. AVOID. AVOID AVOID.

"BEWARE of the Bait and Switch Routine "

Mr. William Jarosz of Safe Ship Moving Services plays the old bait-and-switch routine. He gave me a quote, and I paid a deposit. I found out later that the deposit I paid was actually a " broker fee". However, Mr. Jarosz isn't even a licensed broker in the state of Florida. I was provided with a signed broker payment authorization form that I did not even sign.....I am a special education teacher who is extremely upset with the treatment I received from this company. DO NOT USE THEM TO MOVE.

"Pick up went well"

Pick up went well, the movers were pleasant and on time. I did not have anything added to the shipment. I was provided with a BOL.
Overall I would give this move a 5 based on the workers and the ease of the move.
