The dedication of the delivery driver was faultless. Due to the weather and conditions it was a very tricky delivery but he persevered. Previous deliveries had been completed in minutes but this took maybe an hour or so. He’s a credit to the company. I only gave 4 stars because I had to wait over a week for the delivery to be scheduled.

During a very cold winter spell when we were completely without any oil for heating and hot water in a new home, they managed to secure fuel at very short notice, really going the extra mile saving the day when other suppliers said they were unable to help. They couldn't have been more helpful or nice to deal with

We have now used Oilfast twice to refill our 1300 litre oil tank and they've not disappointed. The latest 1000L was ordered at he end of November based on a good spot price and delivered within 48 hours. Despite the difficult access to our property the delivery driver did a great job. They are competitive on price and their customer service is second to none.
