"I ran out of Kerosene Heating Oil after…"

I ran out of Kerosene Heating Oil after being let down by my normal supplier. I phoned Oilfast at Insch, in Aberdeenshire, and they personally delivered a 100 litres of fuel to keep me going, until their truck could deliver a further 600 litres, this was following a snowstorm. I do not think I am being overdramatic when I say they could have saved my life.
This is a company in the old-fashioned sense that puts cutomer satisfaction before profit!
