After many years of moving from one company to another, often confused with who looked after what and the problems we'd had in the past regarding set up etc. we were, needless to say, apprehensive as to whether Circle Cloud would be able to deliver on all aspects as promised.
However, we decided to move to them and welcomed the fact that everything would be with one company.
After quite a few teething problems, the majority I have to say was through no fault of Circle's rather than our set up, I have been very impressed by their professional service, not least with the challenges faced by the technical team but also the support team, not only keeping us updated on a regular basis during the whole set up but also resolving problems within a prompt timescale.
I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending CircleCloud.

We have just come over to circle.cloud, we’ve had a few small teething problems but they seem to be able to cope and deal with these professionally and quickly. I think they do a great job and deserve five stars. I don’t think you can do anything, involving computers, nowadays that doesn’t have a glitch or two. Overall we’re impressed.

I used Circle Cloud to replace my office phone system but they provided much more than just new desk phones. I now have my broadband provided through them and have a professional multi-phone office system with full call recording and answerphone capability. Their representative was very helpful and knowledgeable - he helped spec the system requirements and as well as put the whole package together. I'm now making a saving on my combined previous costs as well as presenting a much more professional image when clients call into the office. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.
