Elliot and Michael were brilliant, and I cannot emphasize this enough. They explained everything and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They showed a genuine interest in our work and tailored the system and installation according to our needs.
Michael was very professional and courteous. He left the office tidier than before he arrived, which was a real bonus.
I would highly recommend Circle. The equipment is great, better than anything we have had previously, and the cost is affordable, too.
Satisfied with everything from beginning to end and better than my expectations.

Great Service from the Engineer Mike, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The upgrade was seamless, and he went the extra mile to tidy up cabling left in a mess from a previous engineer. Extremely happy with the service and definitely the best comms engineer we have had in the office.

We’ve recently had a new phone system installed by circle.cloud, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish.

A special mention goes to James Horton, our Install Engineer, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the process. James was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly friendly and approachable. He answered all our questions with genuine compassion and understanding, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

We’d also like to give a big thank you to Ty, our sales contact, who was helpful and informative from the outset, and to Danielle in the Onboarding Team, who kept everything moving behind the scenes and made sure we were always kept in the loop.
