The install went well, no problems so far! The engineer Sam Thompson was polite, efficient, offered as much training as we wanted and made sure we were set up before he left.

The service so far (we have only just switched from another provider) is good.

EDIT: Taking 14 days to reply to a review sums up the service of circle.cloud. The debacle is due to the Sales Person not being completely honest and selling a system that did not do what we needed. Despite checking what we already had, being an engineer too, he agreed there would be no issues at all. Unfortunately we are no further forward in reaching a solution where both parties are happy.

After reading the 5-star reviews below, I almost believed that I was reading comments relating to a different company. We were promised a seamless installation which proved to be anything but. The installation engineer did a great job, leaving it for BT to then connect the digital lines. However, this led to 5.5 hours of no internet or phone lines as the incorrect IP address had been used. The headset had to be returned as it was not working properly and even today it is still intermittent. Our main issue was the transfer of saved numbers from our old directory to the new. Again we were told this should not be a problem. Four weeks later this still isn't complete with each phone accessing a limited amount of different numbers. The sales person did not take into account the settlement agreement figures, so we are still waiting for a new agreement. We have requested to terminate our agreement a week ago, and to this point still waiting for this to be acknowledged and dealt with. This has been one of the most exhausting and stressful times, spending more time dealing with telecoms than our own business.
