Having known nothing about our phone system, I phoned circle cloud and was helped by Jake. Well what can I say, Jake went through each question and issue I had resolved my requests one by one. Each time explaining the process and making sure it worked. He not only worked through everything, he returned my calls and did exactly what he said he would do. I cannot recommend this employee highly enough. He was given me faith in the company to know I will be dealt with efficiently and kindly. In fact each time I have phoned all employees have spoken with kindness and efficiency.
