They were brilliant at getting the install on without interupting our work schedules.
The training was great, very clear instructions that were easy to understand and enabled us to use the equipment with confidence.

We came into the office this morning to find all of our telephones showing the incorrect time. Tried to re-boot them, but they wouldn't update. I made a call to Circlecloud support, and Megan Parkinson, explained that she could correct the issue from her end, and did so, swiftly and without any disruption to our service. Once again, great service from Circlecloud. Thank you

I Clearly should of read the small print !!!!
I am now aware that i have signed up for a 7 year lease to rent the 3 desk phones which if purchased new have a combined value of £600 but the lease is costing me in excess of £25,000.00 yes £25 k first i was with Grenkee then they switched me to PEAC. i contacted PEAC for a early redemption figure and it is £24,679.97
The customer service at Circle cloud is first class, however i just feel when the sales rep visited us and saw our BT bill which was only £150.00 a month and no tie in, should of advised us of future costs. If he did then no one in there right mind would of signed up !!!!

We are a medium size independent bicycle retail store with 3 sites. We recently changed our broadband and phone system to Circle.Cloud. The service delivered by Michael on the big day was perfect. He knows the technology and the products inside out, is enthusiastic and extremely patient. The changeover was almost completely seamless. Thanks Michael, great service!
