"Beware: Minimum 7 Year Contract"

Disappointed. They'll offer up to date equipment, great reporting system, customer service, great 'reviews', professional voice messages, call recording etc. They talked about the discount a lot which pulled us in. Seemed too good to be true. One detail they avoid or never mentioned in our meetings was the length of the contract.. Which is 7 YEARS. Please make sure to read the fine print before signing. I've just seen Trustpilot has put a warning that they ask for reviews through illegitimate methods. I've also read news reports from 2022 (BBC even) they had an issue with poor reviews but we're not sure. We're a small business based in Dronfield, we've thankfully not signed and I've learned from the experience at least.

George Owens looked after us over three days in total, following an issue with our router (not the fault of Circle Cloud but the manufacturer of the router itself). After two days of attempting to fix the router, which involved talking me through various attempts to download firmware updates, George eventually arranged for a new router to be delivered, walked me through the set-up process, and carried out any follow-up work with virtually no disruption to my ongoing work.

As someone who is not particularly tech-savvy, George was incredibly patient, really informative and knowledgeable, and able to navigate me through a very difficult few days with genuine empathy and professionalism. He always called back when asked, and kept me updated every step of the way. I was hugely impressed, and he's an asset to his Company. Thank you George!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael, our Circle Cloud engineer, who installed our new phones and internet service. I can't say enough about how professional and efficient he was throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, was well-prepared, and answered all of my questions with great knowledge and patience.

Before Michael's visit, I had a great experience speaking with Emma, who took my call earlier in the day. She was incredibly helpful in ensuring that Michael had the correct address for the installation, which made everything go smoothly.

Thanks to both of them, we are very happy with our upgraded service. The transition was seamless, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Circle Cloud for their exceptional service!
