The price was the cheapest online. Great start! There was a bit of a lack of communication from the seller but nothing compared to the courier. The courier received my tv on the Monday for next day delivery so my partner took the day off to receive it. There was a tracker on the email from the courier but there was no info other than asking to try again later when you clicked on it. No parcel was delivered so I waited to hear from them on the Wednesday. No communication at all on the Wednesday so I called apc and was put through to my local depot who told me my tv was indeed with them and sat in their warehouse but had no clue why it hadn’t been delivered. Asked me my preference for next day delivery and I asked if it could be delivered to my workplace as we wouldn’t be in. Was told yes but if it was a problem then I would be called straight back if it was a problem. Received no further information so that was great and I waited at work for my delivery. And waited. And waited. Went through the the same process again when it became clear it wasn’t turning up again and was met with a person who couldn’t give a toss and pretended to be deaf and I had to repeat literally every sentence I spoke to him. Great choice to man the phone line. Turned out Hills wouldn’t allow them to send it to my workplace. Fair enough but thanks for calling me straight back with that information!!!! I honestly thought I’d been scammed. Not a hint of an apology from the courier which left me fuming with the whole situation. Finally received the parcel on the Friday. Hills were ok but if that was my company I would be using another delivery service from now on as APC were an absolute nightmare. Product was good by the way! Hate to leave negative feedback but most people would’ve left a 1 star so I think I’ve been pretty fair.

Brilliant from start to finish. Ordered a Samsung S95D 77 inch Oled. The price was the best out there anywhere. I had some questions before ordering, which they answered with genuine interest, enthusiasm and exceptional knowledge. I was told the exact day of delivery and after placing the order got a phone call from the actual driver giving an actual time, which was kept. Yes a time not a slot. I also got a personal email giving me advice on how to make the best of the promotions Samsung were running with the links included. Service from the delivery driver was second to none who helped lift it into my lounge. The TV itself is fantastic. This company is a demonstration of how service should be done. A special mention to the Web Sales manager, who went over and above in helping me with my many questions.
