They offered us an exceptional alternative at the same competitive price as our original choice. When the delivery company lost our order, Hills delivered the item themselves the next morning although our address was beyond their normal delivery area. We consider this to be customer service way over and above what you would expect, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
