For me, this has to be the most unreliable hosting company I have ever used. They suspended my account for no reason, leaving my website and subdomains down for days without explanation. I lost important files, missed business deals, and suffered major reputational damage..all because of their unprofessional and reckless actions.

I appreciate prompt action to queries and commitment to resolve issues to conclusion. First Zola guided me to define the problem and present it. Then Francis resolved the first crucial issue which provided hope. Finally, Isaac resolved major issues. There are other issues yet to be resolved, but I'm hopeful they will be sorted as I present them.
