When I accidentally dropped them and damaged them a few months ago, UK loupes could not have been more helpful offering me a free temporary set whilst they fixed them. "Such a great service"

Such a great service, they had problems with Royal Mail postage recently and kept me informed throughout and sent a new set as they hadn’t arrived, they sent some spares along with my order and sent the new package by special delivery. When I received the package the next day I forgot to let them know I had and they checked in to see that everything was ok, they also helped me put the light clip together and showed me how it works. Such a good service cannot fault, the problem that occurred was out of their control and they went above and beyond to fix it. Thank you William for your help!
