"Voucher redeeming issues"
I bought a voucher for my friend for her birthday and she had issues redeeming it. She booked a brunch in London on the website but when she got to the restaurant they said they didn’t know the company and she failed to redeem the voucher. She ended up paying in her on cash.
I contacted the company and they did refund me which I appreciated but they need to update their website for you to be able to enter the voucher code and make the restaurants aware people will come with the vouchers.

Great drinks (lots of ) and no wait time as so as you put you empty bottle or jug in the air it was replaced
Food was amazing too had I wide range to choose from about 5 different street food vendors also amazing in service
And for the entertainment well done guys that was quite a show 😉
Overall we had an amazing day and will definitely going back

"Great event but…burger eaters be warned!!"
Abba bottomless brunch at Blame Gloria, Covent Garden, was fabulous in terms of entertainment, venue and staff, although the guy on the door was a bit off-putting, thank goodness he wasn’t representative of the service inside. I needed to show him my ID, didn’t say why; I’m 60!! Not sure whether I should be flattered or if this is a tick box exercise.
All was going well, everyone was having a great time and the atmosphere was fabulous; of course it would be, it’s Abba after all.
Then the food arrived. Looked delicious, plenty of it and the chips were yummy. Took a bite out of my burger and nearly choked. It was HOT… far too spicy. It’s like they took a handful of chillies and just put some beef with it (maybe the beef didn’t have any flavour so they disguised it with heat!). My mouth was on fire and I looked around at the party and they had tears in their eyes, drinking as much as possible to get rid of the burn. Luckily there was a spare Caesar Salad (someone from our party couldn’t make it) and she said it was okay. We had to get some yogurt on the way home and I had indigestion all night.
I could hear other parties commenting too. It’s one thing to offer a spicy burger, but that was ridiculous. Do the chefs even taste the food?
Such a shame as, if it hadn’t been for this, and the guy on the door, I would have given it full marks.
Thank you to the wonderful staff and the fabulous entertainers for saving the day.

"The outdoor manager lacks people skills…"
The outdoor manager lacks people skills very rude and arrogant, if you have the bottomless brunch whether you smoke or not you are not allowed to sit outside at any point?I witnessed a nore mature woman being spoken to in a disgusting manner, i decided to ask him myself why customers werent allowed to sit down, his explanation was ridiculous, i asked if the band was removed and a drink was purchased at the ground floor bar then could you Sit? He said no because you had been to the brunch? I saw most people taking their custom to the bar next door ,the choice of cocktails were 2 woo woo and strawberry dach i don't like prosecco I only drink vodka and soda so i had to purchase all my drinks, which i didn't mind entertainment staff and bar staff and entrance staff were amazing the member of staff outside on the street which looked like a manager not a doorman or security staff was vile having worked myself for first leisure and managed nightclubs for many years having witnessed how he treated and spoke to many friendly mature adults was unacceptable and I would have sacked him on the spot. He definitely is not an asset to anyone's company and definitely should not be front of house at Canal street Manchester.

"DONT BOOK!"
DONT BOOK!
We booked a bottomless brunch in Brighton for this weekend showed up and got told it had moved to 2 hours prior to our booking that we had no communication regarding and missed out! Apparently we weren’t I’m the only ones who also turned up to be told they’d missed out! Trying to contact the company to get our money back has been a nightmare dung the contact us page doesn’t work yet to make a booking does!! The worst customer services ever!

"Happy with customer services."
Haven't actually enjoyed our Brunch voucher yet but I just want to comment on the efficiency of the customer services team.
When I realised I'd mistakenly given them an obsolete email address to send the voucher to, I contacted them about midnight and by 9.30 the next morning, they'd replied and had resolved the situation.
Bravo!

"Do not buy vouchers from BottomlessBrunch.com - Complete Scam! Avoid at All Costs!"
I am absolutely outraged by my experience with bottomlessbrunch.com. I received a £50 voucher from a friend and was excited to use it for a brunch celebration on my birthday. I booked in early May for a brunch late June, a full 7 weeks in advance. Despite no option to enter my voucher code during the booking phase, I included it in the booking notes.
They responded promptly and handled my booking for 9 people efficiently, accepting my £270 deposit. However, my voucher was not acknowledged.
I followed up with them closer to the date to remind them about my voucher. They informed me that they would have to speak to their team internally about how to process it and requested a picture of the voucher, which I sent. Despite this, they didn’t get back to me before the day of the event.
On the day of the brunch, I mentioned the voucher again, only to be told by the restaurant that they had no affiliation with bottomlessbrunch.com. I immediately contacted bottomlessbrunch.com, but they now claimed the voucher had expired. This was completely unacceptable as I had booked well in advance and fully expected the voucher value to be honoured. They had 7 weeks before my booking to inform me of any issues with the voucher but chose to ignore it deliberately.
Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, bottomlessbrunch.com has ignored all my communications since. It's blatantly clear that this company is running a scam. The absence of a voucher entry field during booking and the restaurant's complete lack of awareness about bottomlessbrunch.com suggests fraudulent activity. They are falsely advertising partnerships with reputable restaurants and profiting without fulfilling their promises.
This level of deceit is infuriating. I am reporting bottomlessbrunch.com to Trading Standards for breaching the Consumer Protection Act. Gift cards must have a validity of at least 5 years and clearly state the expiry date, neither of which was the case with my voucher. It was gifted to me less than 12 months before I booked the meal and had no expiry date displayed on it.
Bottomlessbrunch.com is a disgraceful operation. Save yourself the frustration and money – avoid them at all costs. They are nothing but thieves, profiting from deception and ignoring their customers.
Update: My booking ref is #427718 and Zendesk correspondence is 16457 with Joe. So your response is non-sense!
Update 23.07: I have sent 2 emails but haven't heard back since 16.07, perhaps your emails aren't working?
Update 29.07: I have now sent 6 emails since 16.07 and have heard nothing back
Update 16.08: Thanks for your update. I have received the refund- thankyou. I did respond back to the latest email, however Tom did mention that my emails weren't getting through, hence the comms issues, but please accept this as my confirmation of refund received. Many thanks
