Order number 70472 I placed on 19th Decembr 2022 for delivery on 24 December 2022 to an address in Abu Dhabi was NOT DELIVERED. The company is not responding to or ignoring my messages and email, which includes a request for a refund! They have taken the money from my credit card and FAILED to deliver the goods. I will be contacting my credit card company. Who is writing the favourable reviews about this company, are they genuine?
