Every time I need any tech assistance with my home charger I get quick, knowledgable advice via their phone contact. Most recently Scott helped me resolve some complicated integration issues with Octopus intelligent. They really are a class company to deal with and they stand behind their products.

"Wi-Fi connection"

Had a slight issue connecting my Project EV charger to my Wi-Fi. Contacted technical support for advice. Callum was a great help going through the various setting to establish the problem. Soon sorted, he even had time to check how to use the EV charger and connect the car. A very big help. Thanks.

Just a quick review dealing with Project EV. My electric charger stopped working so called technical support. Spoke to Callum T who was very helpful and supportive who talked me through the remote process. Thank you for being yo patient and hopefully with a site visit booked, a successful outcome.
