William was polite and understanding and really tried to help us with the issues we have with the charger.
he spent a long time talking us through the problems and tried to resolve these remotely.
unfortunately the problem couldn't be resolved and he promised to get an engineer out to deal with the problem, today i have had contact from an engineer and an appointment has been made

Engineer Johnathan visited earlier than expected and fixed the issue without any hassle, excellent customer focused and very efficient.
