Project EV are a great company, easy to contact and easy to arrange a site visit with the team keeping me informed the whole way.

Dave the technician was a true professional and a superb representative for PEV. Whilst on site he demonstrated a vast knowledge of the equipment, problem solving capabilities of our current faults and whilst dealing with each fault he detailed what and why he was doing what he was doing. He fixed our issues in no time and left the site as he found it.

Superb service overall and I would highly recommend using this organisation.

After 2 and a half years trouble free charging my Project EV home charger stopped working. I contacted customer services who passed me to Harry Gill. Harry very quickly organised an engineer to come to my home and see what was wrong.
Alex the engineer was on time, if not a little earlier and very professional, he found the issue straight away and agreed to swap the charger for a new one while he was there.
All fixed under warranty on the first call out.
Amazing super fast professional service that I would highly recommend.
