Incredible service - picked us up from a dangerous spot and brought us home. Top job!

Appalling service from the RAC took five days to recover my car. Impossible to get through to them on the phone failed to turn up and then told me I was wrong and they had turned up.

Can’t even make a formal complaint and when I tried to cancel my contract they want to charge me for the pick up that took them five days and they want to charge an administration fee of 80pounds! Do not use the RAC. I have never experienced such a dreadful level of service.

My call for help was met with calm reassurance of help within 30 to 40 mins.
Keith was a star. Experienced, calm & down to earth.
He soon had the car jacked up & the valance secured with an impressive cable tie that got me home.
Charges very reasonable. Very grateful & cannot recommend highly enough
