Service was good and staff helpful. However, dropped one star because they let me down on a promised delivery date. Would shop again, but not at short notice.

Required a bit of detective work to track down my package as the address on it was incomplete (not what I entered on the order form).
Contacted by a helpful staff member, Alex, on Saturday, even though their customer service is closed. Alex was clearly concerned about what I had written on this site,That was good service, and appreciated.

The guys here are always happy to help in anyway they can. I've bought quite a few items from them now and never been disappointed. They have always happily answered any questions I have and given good advice on what products to buy.
