"Ok Just not right for us...."

The concept and vehicle are great. However some things did not work for us regarding the Penthouse (As a senior getting up and down the ladder was not easy and felt unsteady. A real drag in the middle of the night when nature calls) We were attending a music camp and had lots of extra items that were stored in the lower area and it made for a lot of extra work moving items all the time once we decided to sleep below. Quick Camp trips and concert events this is a neat option BUT just not a good fit for us.

We also did have some problems with returning the vehicle after hours as management did not follow through on the instructions...

"Loved it!"

We loved going camping with Jucy. The Champ had a lot of space and was very convenient. The customer service was superb! The Champ was also very affordable. A great value.

"Fun ride and great value"

We rented out of Las Vegas and drove to Utah for a National Parks trip. The best part of the rental is the fully functional kitchen. On more than one morning we made breakfast burritos for over 15 people. The gas burners are super effective. The only issue we had with the kitchen, was during the heat wave, with temps over 100 F, the refrigerator couldn't maintain unless you were driving more than a couple of hours a day. We slept in the penthouse (pop up) and were very comfortable, as the temps dropped to below 75 F after dark. The stow and go feature for storage was able to fit our trekking poles, hiking shoes, camp chairs, food and linens.
The JUCY is highly identifiable, due to the paint color and external graphics, so we got lots of comments as we were traveling.

"Great car, customer service needs improvement"

Rented a Mini RV for 49 days in the USA. The set up of the car was great! The kitchen has everything you need and having a fridge was extremely helpful. Cruise control was great too, although I am not sure if this is standard for all rentals. I haven't had any difficulties sleeping in the rear of the car. In fact, I thought it was relatively comfortable! Haven't used the tent on top of the car, so I can't comment on that. The size of the car makes it a lot easier to drive in comparison to the larger RVs. Depending on how much luggage you are bringing, travelling in the RV with 4 persons might present some issues in terms of storage space.

My main downside of renting with Jucy was its customer service. I am not familiar with the customer service of comparable companies, but I was not satisfied with Jucy's customer service. The 24 hour roadside assistance once gave me completely wrong information about the car. This would've had disastrous consequences had I not (by sheer luck) found out the information was incorrect. Having to wait to be called back is rather annoying too, especially if you are not called back on the same day despite being promised exactly that.

All in all I had a great trip. I am very satisfied with the car I got. My review definitely would have been 5 stars had it not been for the customer service. If Jucy manages to improve this, I would absolutely rent from them again in the future.
