"Generic and incomplete information with bad customer service"

I ran a test on my current car. Company claims to include information going back to 1990. Data only went back to 2007. Request for refund was met with bad customer service. I do not recommend using this service.

"Worthless"

I ran about 4 different reports with this company and all of them came out clean. I guess I got a bit suspicious when the seller actually told me there was an accident (and VIN audit showed nothing), so I then ran a report for a car with Carfax and VINAUDIT, guess what CARFAX had relevant data like miles and an accident listed, VINAUDIT yes, yet again clean.

Yes, it's cheaper but worthless, so waste of money (you can check if it's a salvage title free online, you don't need VINAUDIT to do so)
