Ordered a nice watch for a few hundred euros in January 2024. After good communication regarding the size and logistic informations, the promised delivery date got delayed. Apologies, but then delayed again. And delayed again. After 1 year (!!!!!!!!!!!!), when Paypals buyers protection ran out, I have never heard anything again. I tried to get a refund and the status of my order changed to "refunded" but to this day I have never received any money. A friend of mine received a message instantly to get a refund or choose another product, but I did not. Super frustrating
