Extremely reliable shop. Was surprisingly pleased with the friendly and professional service from their staff, very responsive customer service, exceptional packaging and authentic, quality items. They have availability and variety of some of the best Japanese imports and collectibles. They will also provide the option for purchases to be placed in "private warehouse" to hold for reduced shipping rates when ready to ship in larger quantities of items. Their site is also great, but perhaps may benefit from offering pay later options for pre orders and very minor improvements for navigating the site, especially for managing account, processing purchases, payments and shipments but still one of the best Japanese imports and collectibles sites I've purchased from, would definitely recommend Yoyakunow.
