WOW! Such a good company to deal with. Products are excellent quality and as described. Customer service is second to none; had a issue with receiving the wrong item, contacted customer service, spoke to Kate who sent out the correct item the next day by next day delivery and said i could also keep the incorrect one.

Highly recommended and would definitely be using these guys again when i start the next room.

The sales team and reception have been helpful and polite. I cant fault that. The product is quite easy to apply and absorbs into my brickwork well although I would not apply this by roller to rough finishes as I found it was necessary to use a brush for best results. I did not get anywhere near the coverage suggested (around 60%) but perhaps that was due to the poor quality of the bricks. I had to buy mine over a period of time, in lots of two, for financial reasons and that meant I had to find four lots of postage at £10 which I found expensive. water is beading on the wall which is good but how long the product will last I doubt I will ever know.

"Distain for customer care and advise"

This company and its so called technical support team were useless, indifferent and unhelpful in extreme, ending with phone call of enquiry being terminated - mid call!?!?! That is a first - I will now seek out the MD and appraise them accordingly.

Vile and indifferent customer service, a useless product selected, where product delivery cost was almost as expensive as the tube of useless gel sent out. Delivery took 6 days. Why not use the post office!

Do not use these people, they represent all that is dysfunctional and rude in the country.

"Good Results"

I contacted Permagard in the autumn of 2022 for help with sealing a concrete floor which had become damp as a result of a long standing water leak in the adjoining property. I couldn’t install a replacement floor covering until sealing had taken place. Nobody would quote for the job because it involved taking the old vinyl tiles up and it was a very ‘bitty’ job, so I didn’t have much option than to do it myself. I did a lot of research into products but needed advice so I thought I’d try Permagard and see how things went. They were very helpful and gave me excellent advice. I ordered and applied the products they recommended, which were easy to use with good instructions. As with anything, preparation is critical. I’ve waited to review because with some situations it’s not immediately obvious if something has been successful. Thus far my floor has performed well and I would definitely use Permagard again, although I hope my neighbours don’t have another leak!

"I ordered several products which were…"

I ordered several products which were delivered quickly. On opening one of the boxes I discovered the tub had split and some of the contents was in the box - subsequently more poured out as I took the tub out.
Customer services were brilliant, not only being very apologetic but dispatched a replacement immediately and refunded full shipping costs from my original order. Excellent service, thank you!

"Poor customer service"

Have bought permaguard products previously and recently was going to make another purchase. I sent a question as it is mentioned on site 'free technical advice' regarding how long before I could apply onto new repointing mortar. Recieved a response asking for clarification which I gave, then nothing at all thereafter. Will buy one of the many alternative brands, their loss!
