The homeplugs themselves are great too - much better than the first generation which i also own but had problems with as connection repeatedly dropped.

I've used Faculty-X on three or four occasions. The kit turns up promptly. On one occasion I had an issue with one of the homeplugs (I think I mixed manufacturers) and after contacting Faculty-X they replaced the unit straight away with no hassle. They are also less expensive than the manufactures sites.
