Customer service is excellent—they always reach out with great kindness and are very helpful if there’s ever an issue with my orders.
The products are of great quality, and I personally love their designs.
Two of the items I originally ordered were out of stock, but they refunded me quickly and adjusted the size of another item as I had requested.
Their response time is fast. I highly recommend this brand and its customer service.

Zero stars is what they deserve! The worse customer service ever. I placed an order 15 days ago, my order has never been shipped and no one ever answered emails nor WhatsApp messages. After 15 days, I naturally got upset that I have no news of my $400 bag I ordered as a special Christmas gift so I contacted them, I emailed them and guess what? Still no answer. I finally managed to get hold of a gentleman who was nice and helped me to confirm my order as apparently they needed some additional information which I was never asked. After 1 hour of talking to him, are you ready to hear what happened? It’s hilarious!! They cancelled my order AHAHAH after I spent the all morning on the phone with them and with my bank, they cancelled the order AHAHAH I find it funny that a renowned luxury brand like Casablanca has such a terrible customer service. Also, I will tell you something even funnier, they offered a 10% discount on the next order as if after all of this, I will order again from them! A joke, this is what it is, don’t waste your money and time

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by Casa Blanca. Recently, I returned two items as part of their return process. However, the company is now claiming that they only received one piece, which has resulted in them withholding €700 from me.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and concerning. Despite following their return instructions, I have not been properly reimbursed, and Casa Blanca has failed to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner. Their return process is flawed, lacks transparency, and places the burden on the customer.
I would not recommend anyone to shop at Casa Blanca. Their unprofessional handling of returns and disregard for customer rights leads to financial loss and frustration. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this company, as they are essentially stealing money through their poor practices.

AVOID ordering from Casablanca. I received a shirt with deodorant stains and looks like it has been worn. I tried to contact them through email the day I received my item and they never responded. I spoke with them over the phone the next day and they kept hanging up on me saying they couldn’t hear me. They will not accept my return. I will not recommend nor will I ever order again!

Bought a T-shirt and Hoodie, both Prints waschend off in the first wash. Washed them both on a light eco program (30 Degree Celsius).
My 10€ Basic Shirts have lasted longer 😡.
Combined 700€ for in the bin. Bought them from the KaDeWe in Berlin incase anyone is wondering so no, NO fakes or anything.

Casablanca n’a rien d’une marque de luxe . Outre un emballage médiocre la qualité n’y est pas non plus . J’ai acheté un t-shirt pour mon fils et à peine au bout de deux mois le flocage a perdu toute sa couleur il devient blanc . J’ai contacté le SAV qui me réponde que c’est la manière de lavage . Mais j’ai suivi l’information de l’étiquette donc je suis en colère car outre le fait d’avoir perdu 259 euros ! Ils n’ont aucun respect de la clientèle. J’espère que plus personne ne se fera avoir !!

I contacted customer service several times. I don't get an answer until several days later. It is always said that it will be taken care of, but no one gets in touch anymore!
I returned my complete order #36610 over 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund!!
I have sent the tracking number and the return receipt by e-mail!
