Overall Good experience. Good Price and quality but however taking 3 days to deliver the products through POST.NL and also minimum purchase cut off is too high for frequent buyers (40 Euros) to get a free delivery. This can be improved for frequent buyers.
Nice staff and quick response on the watsapp as well about your order status.

ProvisionHop relatively has better pricing than other online or grocery stores in Eindhoven. Online shooping experience is good with ProvisionHop as well. But, if I am shopping groceries online then I don't want to visit the shops to pick up few items that I didn't find online. So, I think the range of products and brands are not sufficient. I had to make compromises with the brands that I am used to. Also, for few product I think I will still have to visit grocery store even after shopping online. Hope to see more varied range of products at ProvisionHop in near future.

Also, an online tracking for the order delivery would be a great help or a phone call at least half an hour before arriving would be much appreciated.
