After submitting the order, next day we get an email about delivery charges. When i email back to cancel the order, then i get a call from someone saying we always get popups stating delivery charges and the person was completely fine cancelling the order. Zero customer service. Me and my friend both on different times tried the website again on different laptops and different connections, we never received any popus.
