"No sign of the refund"

I bought a gas stove online. It arrived damaged (probably happened during transport). I returned it to the shop in Galway as I was in town anywyas. They couldn't just swap it for a new one so they would refund me for the broken one and I paid another €40 for the new one. A few days later I got an email that I would be refunded in the next 10 days, that was mid March and still no sign of the refund. I've tried emailing a few times with no reply. I tried calling last week but got no answer or the person couldn't help me and gave me a different number. I don't really have time to go by the shop for them to tell me they can't refund me. I've tried all possible avenues but unfortunately only have to option to leave a bad review in the hope something will be done about it.

Falsely advertising an item as the newer model but sending out older models then expecting buyers to pay to package the item to return it. I won't be mugged over, I'm not paying to fix incompetence.
