Many people here have faced similar delays and issues with 24Genetics. I, too, have received repeated emails with the same excuses, which seem to be a stalling tactic. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on promised services suggests something is wrong. I’m considering filing a class action lawsuit against them to hold them accountable. Took a bit longer than promised but I found reports very accurate, and half the price as I could find elsewhere. Thankyou 24 genetics !

"Waste of money "

To be honest this was a complete waste of money. The customer service was a disaster and the results never came. The company is a bit of a scam. It advertises falsely and I highly recommend you get you testing elsewhere.

Test décevant ne donne pas les apoe2,3,4 très important ni les apoa,b,c c'est robotisé je n'ai pas reçu toute les info car sois disant mon dossier raw n'est pas totalement exploite j'ai fait un premier test génétique chez un concurrent et les informations ne sont identiques maintenant qui dit la vérité ? je sais pas. En tout cas décevant et informations erronée.

I didn't receive the microbiota test results after 6 months and they didn't reply to my last mail. I just received an automatic email that the test is done by an external partner and it takes longer... after 6 months it's not even relevant. Don't waste your money on it.

Résultats très décevants robotises et surtout j’ai payé 2 tests en formule tout compris + en février et je n’ai jamais reçu les microbiomes malgré mes relances . J’ai juste eu une réponse plus d’un mois après me disant qu’il y avait eu un problème … pas sérieux. Les résultats sont étonnants, ils me décrivent avec une parfaite absorption de la vitamine d alors que je n’ai jamais pu la fixer et que j’ai fait du rachitismes..Ne gaspillez pas votre argent et vos espoirs. Lisez bien tous les avis (beaucoup de négatifs qui ont reçu la même expérience que moi et mon ami)car il y en a de très élogieux qui me surprennent par rapport à la réalité.

This experience has been a disaster from start to finish! First the testing kit took weeks to arrive, then after paying £12 for tracked postage to return the completed kit to the company for testing it was somehow posted back through my own front door three weeks later!! Impossible to get any communication from the company. No phone service and customer service email address given seems to serve no purpose whatsoever! After everything will need to go through my bank in an attempt to get a refund. SCAM! DO NOT
PURCHASE !!!

Si j avais pu ne mettre aucune étoile, je l aurais fait. J ai fait faire 2 tests à un an d intervalle par 24 genetics et les résultats sont tout à fait différents. Quel arnaque !
