This agency deserves more than 5 stars, it was the best agency that I have ever used for my trips, I highly recommend it. They helped me with a full package to different islands in Galapagos, complete with hotels, guided excursions, snorkel and kayak activities, a hike up the Sierra Negra volcano. Everything went smoothly and I received a full tour plan with timings and important details before the trip which was very informative and useful.
