For me the charger worked fine but I only needed a quick top up (£8 or so) and they held £60 of my money pending for the week before they bothered to pay back the change.
That's a lot of money from a lot of people sitting with Fuuse in their bank account. Strange that petrol stations refund their pending charge almost before you leave the station.
It appears that this Fuuse is blown.

"NEVER EVER USE FOR:EV CHARGE POINT"
NEVER EVER USE FOR:EV CHARGE POINT. They've taken payment from my account plus £60. Also, when u tried to stop charge after 80%, it would not allow me to stop. Customer Services did not answer call and cut me off. After over 30 minutes I got hold of a lady who says this happens all the time and I should not worry. I am a disabled person who suffers from anxiety and she was very, very rude and unempathetic.

They took money from my account as a deposit, Chargers didn't work but refused to hand back my money still waiting 2 weeks later....awful company, terrible customer service, avoid at all costs.

Fuuse Company overcharged me £48 for electricity in my car(upfront charge £60)keeping my money for 5 days without refund. This seems like a strategy to earn interest on customers, so far the worst service provider among all, greed

"DO NOT USE FUUSE"
DO NOT USE FUUSE. Two chargers did not work. After multiple attempts I realised I was being charged 40gbp for every failed attempt. Tried calling support but there was no pick up until I chose the Sales option. With that option I got an answer but was then placed on hold for 45 mins at which point I gave up. Now my card is maxxed out and I have no ability to charge.
Poor show, this demonstrates a poor awareness of their customers situation.

"Competitively priced and easy to use."
I’ve used the chargers at the National Library in Aberystwyth twice whilst on holiday in the area. They have consistently delivered the 75kw promised and at a more reasonable rate of 50p than most of the competition.
The only problem, which is not the fault of Fuuse, was that many of the charging stations were blocked by ICE vehicles.

"Slow Prepayment Refund "
Dodgy charger couldn't release cable. I rang customer services, they told me the unit was unresponsive and suggested I started and stopped the session until it would unlock. I did this a few times and it released the charging cable, unfortunately it took £125 of prepayments on my card. I then had a long back and forth with customer service because a month later they still hadn't refunded me. Not ideal 😅

"A ful professional service"
First point of contact was Kurt, who has stayed in contact throughout and kept an overview of our progress. Kurt even represented us with the EV manufacturer when we had a supply interruption problem.
Final setting up was with Robin who was extremely patient and helpful in walking us through the process, overcoming any of our shortfalls.
We also have experience of Fuuse Technical Services who have again been patient and helpful, even when the problem lay with the 4G signal and not FUUSE.
All worries about payment for using the EV charger at our holiday let is now all taken care of for a modest fee from Fuuse.

"Fantastic communication and service"
From start to finish communication with Fuuse has been second to none. Kurt in particular has been fantastic, always at the end of the phone and massively helpful in assisting us to deliver a complex bespoke project in central London for a very particular Client. Cannot recommend enough, we look forward to working with Fuuse again in the not-so-distant future.

"We’ve been using Fuuse for over a year…"
We’ve been using Fuuse for over a year now with 27 chargers on the platform for Arkell’s Brewery. The support team have been brilliant throughout especially Robin helping with onsite setup issues and queries. It’s been great to see the backend platform become more user friendly and extremely easy to monitor the network from anywhere and make changes. Since Kurt has joined the team it’s been great to have a direct point of contact for any other issues and future plans we have. Looking forward to adding more chargers to network soon.
