It has come to our attention that your recent actions during our studies have not been in compliance with our established guidelines and policies.

Specifically, instances of participating multiple times in one study using different participant profiles. We have been able to identify the same person on these different active accounts. As it is clearly stated that each participant can only participate once in a particular study we can not accept these videos nor use them for our insight.

At GetWhy (previous Sonar), this behaviour is not tolerated as we strive to maintain a transparent and fair environment for all our participants. In these circumstances, we have decided to exclude you from our future studies.

Please be aware that this decision is final. Thus, when you participate in future studies, even under a different profile, we will reject you with no further consideration. We appreciate your past participation and wish you the best for your future endeavours.

De ignore alle mine mails om der er sket en fejl, men så behøver de selvfølgelig heller ikke sende de gavekort de mangler at betale smart træk for dem at tjene ekstra penge. Medlem i flere år har normalt haft god oplevelse men stopper pludeselig ved skifte til GetWhy platformen.

Jeg har gennemført 3 tests indtil videre og indenfor 7 dage fået gavekortet som lovet - jeg synes det er ret skægt og elsker at sige min mening om ting, og det er meget nemmere at gøre det hjemmefra kontra at sidde i en fokus gruppe hvor man skal bruge en masse transport tid og besvær med parkering :)

Passer selvfølgelig ikke ind i alle profiler, tror jeg har fået nej til 2 for hver gang jeg har fået ja. Men de 3 gange jeg har fået en undersøgelse er det gået problemfrit - det er super nemt med sonar.

Både min kæreste og jeg har lavet feedback for usertribe, men de har valgt ikke at svare på nogle af vores henvendelser efter vi har kontaktet dem. Min kæreste lavede en anmeldelse for et par måneder siden og er efterfølgende ikke blevet kompenseret. Jeg selv lavede en for 3 uger siden og er heller ikke kompenseret. Usertribe har idag modtaget en fjerde mail i forsøget på at få en afklaring, men det er ingen respons.
Respektløs overfor folk der har brugt tid på at hjælpe deres kunder.
Kan bestemt ikke anbefales hvis man gerne vil kompenseres for ens arbejde.

I completed a usability session evaluating the Grundfos pump selector on 9/6/2021 @ 2 pm CST with Lea. She declared my interview was successful at the end of the call. I reached out to Usertribe after the 10 day waiting period and they fabricated an excuse to get out of paying stating my session did not meet the standards. I did everything I was supposed to and my data is being used. I have been in constant communication with the client company, Grundfos, and they are looking into this. I would not trust Usertribe because they are controlling respondents in an employment manner and not compensating them for their time. I have been working hard everyday trying to get paid, but they keep ignoring me. This is the worst experience I had in my life.

Usertribe is very useful for both consumer and the product provider. It enhance the capacity of the consumer to choose better between the options at the same time it allows the provider to get the information necessary for them to give quality service which are beneficial for their consumer. Usertribe also help my income for paying me extra money,. Just wondering why it became $80 now?, It use to be $100. We'll i still thank you. Thank you again I love to be part of who survey for the better.!
