NordVPN do not want to physically talk to you ....never!
Despite having major issues, they just told me to explain everything in great detail which is just too time consuming, especially if you are not technically able.
Simply put, NordVPN did not work satisfactorily with my Sonos system and some WiFi controlled radiators in my house. My speeds both download and upload were massively affected.
Foolishly, I paid for two years up front and as my 30 day trial is now over, I'm not due a refund, despite only being 40 days into my contract. More fool me.
Personally, I would recommend buying the absolute minimum, check that it doesn't throw everything else out and then think it through thoroughly before making a purchase.
The fact that they won't even personally talk to me to resolve matters, says they're not interested in some little person the other side of the world.
Despite losing my money, I'm better without them.

"Productive issue resolution"
I had a minor issue with some of the Nord protection features and submitted a ticket. The help team was kind, courteous and helpful. I was getting email replies roughly once a day which was also the about the same rate I wanted to reply to them (I suspect had I pushed for prompter service, I would have received it). They provide useful links thoroughly describing how to perform any computer tasks they requested (e.g., take screenshots). As someone who works in computing for a living, it seems like they take the time to well document these types of processes for people who are not to familiar with tinkering around with their computer. My issue was eventually resolved by doing a manual update of the NordVPN software. I was left with the feeling that they'd have my back should I need their support again.
