"Excellent Customer Support via Chat"

So far I've been very pleased with how the product operates and what I have to do to get what I want. It's been a learning curve of about a week to really get the hang of things but once it was set up there really wasn't much of anything I had to do. Setting up a browser extension was a no brainer but I could not figure out how to get the vpn to operate when I was sending or reading emails. I opted to use the chat function and once I got past the chatbot and got a live guy to communicate with things began to look up. So I'm trying real hard to "tell" this guy what I need to do and somehow he figures it out! Sergio Garcia was the rep on the other end who despite my convoluted explanation and my total newbie know nothing about the program was actually able to tell me how to arrange the settings so that any and all activity on my computer would go through the tunnel. This guy was great.. what patience.. a real people person. If you're new to VPNs like me I urge you to use the support chat function. These people are pretty good at figuring out our little dilemmas. I took me a bit to figure out wifi printing and networking but this other stuff was over my head. Otherwise a good investment and I fell safe and secure using it.

J'installe Nordvpn sur mon ordi et il me fait sauter internet, dès que je le désinstalle tout remarche correctement. J'ai installé et désinstallé l'application plusieurs fois et c'est toujours pareil.

Super bad experience
I am currently in China. After downloading, it does not work at all.
Before purchasing, the entire website did not explain that it cannot be used here. After purchasing, I contacted the customer service staff to explain. And it still does not work according to their method.
