A l issue de mon abonnement, Nordvpn a, par l intermédiaire d une societe tierse Paddle.net, prélevé sur mon compte Paypal 214 euros pour un an d abonnement (à noter que je n ai jamais donné mon accord pour un renouvellement automatique).
Voyant cette notification, j ai annulé l abonnement or ai bien été prelévée. Impossible de se faire rembourser.

Just had the best service call ever from NordVPN. I had lost access to my email account that I used to sign in to the application and forgotten my password, also I was in a foreing country and no access to my PC with all the login details. Andrea Molinero helped me for about 30 minutes, verifying my security and helping me change everything aand logging back in. I cannot say enough about how good the service was...Well Done Andrea!!!!

I have been using this service from around 2019-2020 and still using it today. I have tried a few of the other competitors but none have as many options, security features and updates. Speeds are also great. Great variety of servers. Recently I had an issue with constant disconnects and being detected for using VPN which turns out is due to my country recently becoming more restricted online and controlling people's traffic. At first it was difficult to find how to contact customer support as I kept on being redirected back to FAQ. Once I managed to email nordvpn's human support they got on with my issue and within hours of my request they found a solution for me. Excellent service and support. Thank you, keep up the good work Nord team.

My (Nord) VPN keeps connecting to my home country although I have been traveling through Europe. I contacted Nord about it, but they had no explanation or solution. WTF?? They also work with law enforcement agencies. I would choose another one, do some research.

NordVPN kann vllt das, was es verspricht einhalten, bei mir hat es nicht funktioniert.
Allerdings ist die 30 Tage Geld Zurück Garantie so ein haufen Abfall. Hotline? Nicht vorhanden. Man muss erstmal raussuchen, wo man diese überhaupt beantragen kann. Abo schon Gekündigt? Pech gehabt, zurückerstattung geht nicht. Man muss diese im Live Chat nämlich erstmal anfordern, leider existiert dieser nicht. Doof gelaufen.
