"Poor connection and buggy app"

Connection crashes constantly and app is completely unusable. Tech support requires you to change stuff in the app that can't be accessed and it just takes out your router eventually. Are you actually using the same app? Don't believe their lies about having to be within the 30 day period for a refund either. Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides consumers with legal rights for digital content, including software and supersedes their T&C's if the software doesn't work. In other words you are still entitled to a partial refund if they can't fix the software issue.

Great company and vpn, always get a great deal prior to my subscription finishing, faultless connection if I am using mobile data or WiFi and no disruption even while traveling.

It's easy to use and I have Nord on all my devices including the phone I'm typing on now.

I write this review in 2025 and if you don't have a VPN, you're naked online.
