Suite à un problème de redémarrage intempestif et d'écran figé j'ai décidé de contacter NordVPN par mail pour un dépannage. Ils m'ont fait faire plusieurs manipulations sur mon ordinateur , toujours expliqué très clairement même pour les débutants, et après diverses tentatives la solution fut trouvée. Ce sont des PRO. Je tiens à remercier les intervenants avec lesquels j'ai correspondu :Miguel angel Romero; Daniel Sanchez; Faustino Pérez; et Diego Martinez.

Why are you charging existing customers more for a one-year plan than new customers pay for two-year plans? Do you want to keep customers? This doesn't seem like the best way to do so. Please advise.

"Not compatible with Samsung TVs"

Nord vpn works well for me on my laptop but can't use it on my new samsung tv which is very disappointing as it was the main reason for getting it. If I'd know that it is not compatible with Samsung TV's I would have chosen a different vpn.
