My bamboo plants arrived this morning by tracked courier, bang on time, excellent start.
I opened my package following the thoughtfully written instructions, (such a simple thing, but to me shows care), and matched the details of the “despatched” email the previous day.
My new plants look exactly as detailed on the website (and as confirmed in an exchange of emails).
It’s a pleasure dealing with some businesses and this is definitely a pleasure.

Plants arrived within a week and were delivered within 24 hours of leaving Aberdeenshire. Plants well protected whilst in transit and clear instructions on how best to open the package on arrival.Plants were in good condition and very strong; had a chat with one of them and said he was better in the mild ambient temperature of Suffolk than Aberdeenshire!

Very pleased with my bamboo. Very well packed. Plant looks healthy with good roots. Planted yesterday in a large pot and hopefully it will grow well and provide a privacy screen. Informative website and came with a planting/care information sheet.
