My order was delivered quickly and well packaged. The plant is in great condition and great size. We ordered all in all 3 sets á 5 mixed fargesia bamboo clumps.

First time ordered in spring this year, all 5 plants arrived in perfect strong condition, taller than expected and all are still strong going. A leaflet with instructions of how to take care was included. Everything easily understandable. The website itself is also helpful. All plants have new shoots now.

We decided to order another set, but noticed after sorting out the garden that we slightly miscalculated the space and needed more. Our initial September delivery wasn't marked as shipped, so I contacted the customer service and asked if its possible to add another set of fargesia clumps. Without any problem, this was possible. The lady I talked to was ao friendly. It was so straight-forward. I got my additional invoice, paid straight away and all 10 clumping fargesia arrived shortly after together. Once again we received beautiful strong plants, taller than expected, all showing shoots at various stages. They aewm to go strong since planting.

We so look forward to seeing them grow.
